RK analyzer

RK 3.x has been designed to determine the reactivity of lime according to standards: PN-EN 459-2 ASTM

The analyzer software records the temperature during the process of combining quicklime with water in a dewar vessel at selected time intervals. The software enables temperature recording and analysis for 4 probes simultaneously.

The reactivity of lime (the ability of quicklime to combine with water CaO + H2O = Ca (OH) 2) is determined on the basis of the slaking curve analysis of the lime sample under the conditions specified by the standards. Rk 3.x. measuring system automates the testing of lime samples in the following areas: temperature measurement and recording, parameter calculation, data archiving, reporting.
